I love the top one. It's almost like a painting. What are your settings?
Settings: Camera on tripodISO 100F/stop: ~F11Time: I used manual exposure and set to Bulb. Used a remote release and timed everything visually, but roughly 1-2 second exposures.
I kind of guessed the "camera on tripod" thing. :)
