Risotto - Part 2

So, I cooked Risotto (a rice!) again last night and did much better this time out. Instead of the boxed up version I had treid before, I just had a bag of plain arborio rice and some ingredients. At the end of the simmering process, I folded in the parmesean cheese, and holy cow, that was good! I also cooked some sous-vide chicken with thyme which came out very juicy and delicious.

Maybe I will become a decent cook after all. :-)

And one day I will remember to take a photo of the finished product for y'all to see.
