So, after three weeks, there seems to finally be some movement on the sale of my condo. Last Friday, some potential buyer came through to view the place. By the way they were talking, they seemed really interested and I expected an offer.
Well, they finally sent the offer in today. It is a ridiculously low offer, as I expected, since they were talkin' about it being a "cash offer". I countered back to them pretty high, so lets see if they bite.
I have another group coming to see the place tonight as well, so at least things are picking up on the home selling front.
