The Evil Empire

I was writing out my property tax check the other day. Ugh, I know! Once the check was filled out, I procured a envelope and safely tucked said check inside. Licked and sealed the envelope and added my return address sticker to the front.

Next came the stamp.

I had recently gotten the Star Wars sheet so I looked over my remaining choices of interesting Star Wars characters. And then it hit me. Darth Vader! There seemed no better choice than the ultimate symbol of evil to put on my property tax envelope.

Hey, its not everyday you get a chuckle from paying your property taxes. :-)
