YAY! I got an offer on my condo and I accepted it. Of course that doesn't mean the place is sold yet, but the offer is the first and hardest barrier to get over.
And I thought all the stress would melt away. Except that now I got to get pre-qualified for a new home loan, find a place to live in Seattle, and make the cross-country drive. In 3 weeks!
ACK!!! So much to do and so little time.
